Salva Law P.A. was founded by Serena Salva, Esq. in January 2020. We are a client-focused family law firm located in Miami, Florida. Our mission is to preserve the unique family dynamic of our clients while helping them navigate through the legal issues that may arise as a result.

We develop our legal strategy based on your long-term goals, with preserving a healthy family dynamic–not billing–as our primary focus.

Bio

Serena Salva, Esq. is a second-generation Miami native of Cuban-Puerto Rican descent and the first of her family to receive a Doctorate Degree. Attorney Salva obtained her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law where she graduated cum laude in the top 10% of her class. Attorney Salva received her undergraduate degrees with Honors from Miami Dade College where she obtained an Associate's Degree in Special Education, an Associate's Degree in Paralegal Studies, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice.

Attorney Salva began her legal career in 2012 as a paralegal at a boutique Family Law Firm in Miami and has spent all of her time since then dedicated to the area of Family & Matrimonial Law. She has always been dedicated to providing personalized service to each client and believes in individualized strategic planning for every case she manages. Attorney Salva’s goal is to ensure the highest level of personal care for her clients and their children.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Attorney Salva was an educator, a theater coach, as well as a Brand Manager for a major publicly traded U.S. fashion brand. She loves cooking, travels, spending time with family, and being a parent to a beautiful boy and little furry princess.
